Perry Ruhr

Perry joined his father back in January of 2008 to begin his career as a strata manager and is the President and Managing Broker of Lifestyles Strata Management. Perry has a BSc. in Zoology from the University of Calgary and had a 14 year career as a pharmaceutical sales representative working for some of the largest pharmaceutical companies. This experience along with Perry's education have helped him to develop great listening, communication, organizational skills and problem solving abilities. Perry has owned a strata property of his own for 16 years which help in his understanding of "strata life".


Brock Little
Licensed Senior Strata Manager.....Direct Line: 778-484-5332

Brock joined the Lifestyles team in April 2011. Brock previously worked as a manger in a multinational corporation overseeing the day to day operations, scheduling and customer satisfaction of the local branch. Brocks experience contribute great listening skills and to his ability to problem solve. He has a great understanding of the Strata Property Act and has the ability to chair annual general or council meetings with ease.


Cisca Zahn
Licensed Senior Strata Manager.....Direct Line: 778-436-9064

Previously a small business owner, Cisca has been licensed and with Lifestyles since 2008. While living in a strata environment for many years, she has been on strata councils and held the presidents seat. Her attention to detail and determination make her an excellent manger.


Gillian Preston

After a 10+ year career with SHAW, Gillian joined the Lifestyles team in April 2015 after obtaining her Strata Management license through the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business. Gillian has great "people" skills which enable her to deal with all sorts of different situations that arise in strata living and brings with her a strong work ethic.




Jack Dykstra

Jack joined the Lifestyles team in June 2017, having experience as a strata manager on the lower mainland. Jack is a dedicated team player, has a great understanding of the Strata Property Act, works well with others and his solution based approach makes him an asset to any strata council he works with.

Loic Jacquet

Loic is the newest member of the Lifestyles team. Loic comes from the hospitality industry where he spend may years running different establishments including restaurants at some of Kelowna's well known wineries. Many of the skills obtained through education and experience flow over to his position as a Strata Manager - budgeting, communication, team building, managing vendor contracts and interpersonal skills.

Tammi van Wilde Rode
Administration

Tammi joined the Lifestyles team in March of 2009 and brings with her 30 years administrative experience with basic accounting. Tammi is highly organized, keeps updates all strata documents and files on a regular basis, prepares realtors packages, form B's & F's when required and is one of the main contacts in our office, along with Kathy, for lawyers offices during conveyances.


Lisa Sullivan
Accounting

Lisa joined the Lifestyles team in November of 2012 as a full time Bookkeeper. With over 20 years of acounting experience she comes to us with glowing recommendations. She is a dedicated team member and strives for perfection in everything she does.


Renee Cesar
Administration

Renee joined the Lifestyles team in February of 2019 and is working the conveyancing and administration department. She is extremely organized, is able to think on her feet while ensuring that customers needs are filled quickly and that they leave happy, takes initiative and has strong problem solving abilities.
Caron Abel
AP / Accounting

Caron is the newest member of our team, and is working in the AP / Bookkeeper department, has a reputation for getting the job done accurately and on time. She is a hard working team player and is dedicated to providing superior service.
